In the event of legitimate account closure without fraud, any unused balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, the 13700 name, and software used on this platform are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial or public purposes without the express written consent of 13700.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
